About Mira
My lessons focus on connecting physics directly to engineering applications. I take a relaxed, practical approach, using real-world problems to teach materials science, fluid dynamics, and statics and dynamics in structures. We’ll explore how bridges carry loads, how fluids move through pipes, and how forces act on machines in everyday life. You’ll learn to analyze systems, design simple models, and understand the physics behind engineering decisions. I use clear explanations, hands-on examples, and step-by-step problem solving to make concepts easy to grasp. Rather than memorizing formulas, we focus on understanding why things behave the way they do. You’ll see how materials respond to stress, how fluids behave under different conditions, and how Newton’s laws apply in practical scenarios. I support learners aiming to become Computational Physicists or Research Assistants by helping them apply physics knowledge in real designs. Lessons are tailored to make learning directly relevant to engineering studies and careers. Together, we tackle meaningful engineering challenges and build strong, practical understanding.

I’m a Physics tutor with over 6 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematical Physics. I love guiding students into the fascinating world of quantum computing, where the rules of classical physics no longer fully apply. Together, we explore the fundamentals that make this technology so powerful.
I focus on qubits, superposition, and entanglement, breaking down these abstract concepts into simple, intuitive explanations. You’ll see how a qubit can exist in multiple states at once and how entanglement links particles across space in surprising ways. We also dive into quantum gates, learning how they manipulate qubits to perform computations far beyond classical limits.
Through hands-on exercises and conceptual examples, I help students understand basic quantum algorithms, like Deutsch’s and Grover’s, and the logic behind quantum circuits. My aim is to demystify the principles driving the next generation of computing while building solid intuition.
Every lesson is designed to spark curiosity and confidence. I support learners in applying these ideas practically and thinking critically about future technologies. Together, we’ll prepare you to navigate—and excel in—the quantum technological revolution.
