About Vera

I have over 9 years of experience teaching physics and hold an MSc in Astrophysics. I am deeply passionate about the history of physics and the groundbreaking experiments that shaped our understanding of the universe. From Galileo’s pioneering work on motion to Newton’s laws that laid the foundation of classical mechanics, I love exploring how ideas evolved. I also guide students through Maxwell’s equations and the revolutionary discoveries of the quantum world. My teaching emphasises the scientific method and the intellectual bravery of those who challenged conventional thinking. I make complex theories approachable and connect them to real-world observations. Students learn not just formulas, but the stories behind them. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on exploration whenever possible. Each lesson is designed to spark wonder and foster confidence. About the lesson

I teach physics in a way that makes complex ideas simple and clear. My focus is on thermodynamics, heat transfer, states of matter, and gas laws. I break down macroscopic behaviours into easy-to-understand steps. Lessons are systematic, so students can follow each concept carefully. I use gadgets and experiments to show how theories work in real life. Practical demonstrations help students connect ideas with everyday phenomena. I give consistent feedback to guide progress and correct mistakes early. We focus on building a strong understanding of energy and its applications. Assignments and exercises reinforce learning and encourage critical thinking. I support students in mastering core principles and achieving confidence in problem-solving. Together, we work towards excelling in exams and practical challenges. Each session is interactive, engaging, and tailored to individual learning styles. Learning physics becomes not only easier but also enjoyable.
