About ANDREANNE
I come from an international background! I have lived around the world in France and Australia, and moved within the US from California to Pennsylvania. I recently graduated from UCLA Magna Cum Laude with a major in Physiological Science and a minor in Spanish with a 3.89 GPA. I have also successfully scored well on the MCAT, and applied to medical school (currently in the interview process). I love to teach students, and have been volunteering for many years to tutor low-income students in Peru. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me, I am very flexible and love working with all ages.

As a tutor, I take an individualized approach for every student. First, I identify their strengths and weaknesses. Then, establish a timeline with goals that correspond with the student's coursework. Then I set up a plan with the student that will facilitate effective communication methods for me as a teacher, and also for the student. My teaching methods typically incorporate a presentation with many visuals, and interactive exercises drawing out complex mechanisms or attempting practice problems. I am comfortable with both remote and in-person classes, and am able to teach Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish from elementary- to college-level courses. Through my journey from high school to applying to medical school, I can definitely advise students on their own paths as well!
