Perfect! My injuries and goals are complex, and Diya understood that straight away. After reviewing my medical reports, she tailored a rehab program specifically for me and kept me accountable in the way I’d asked. She knows when to push you and when you’re already giving it your all.

I also did a meditation session with Diya during a really tough personal time. Her voice was so calming that I fell asleep and didn’t wake up until the session had ended. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, pays close attention to detail, and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend.
