I usually use a method book to begin the lessons, usually Edna Mae Burnam Step By Step, John Thompson, Piano Adventures, and am open to using yours. using a method book can help you to easily learn how to play, then we can advance. I also teach scales early, as that helps with technique and understanding. Piano exercises are included. Beginning through Advanced Piano Students Are Welcome. Non-conventional lesson times could work with mine.
