Methodology
Depending on the level the student is at, I start with the foundation of the topic being studied. After coming to an understanding of the level the student is at, it will be more simple to determine a starting place that the student would most benefit from. I like to teach using the basics and foundation, and teach the student to make the connections as they go on so as well as learning what I teach, they can come to realizations independently as well.
Background
I've been taking piano exams and scoring top marks on the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music piano and music theory exams. I have attended Interlochen arts camp for three years, an extremely prestigious music school and have performing experience.
