About Samantha
I am a college student who has been playing piano for 12 years. I teach beginner piano and sight reading for getting started with music. Piano skills are great to have for starting a music skill, or even as a base for learning other instruments.

I believe in patient encouragement to help students develop a love for music. I feel that when teachers are too intense students can begin to develop a resentment for an instrument that they once enjoyed learning. Finding ways to incorporate fun make learning more exciting.
