About Vito
Advancing serious students requires a deep commitment to the craft. Honestly, I find that many players skip the essential step of inner hearing before striking a single key. My practice stems from a Peabody trained pedagogy that prioritizes AUDIATION as the foundation for all technique.

Weekly practice modules assigned with every class ensure that progress remains consistent throughout the year. 23 students under my guidance achieved distinctions at Grade 8 and above on RCM exams recently.
Working through a balance of Czerny exercises and repertoire allows us to focus on sight playing and sight transposition simultaneously. These sessions rely on a methodical approach built during my 13 years of teaching. Precision and warm guidance help us navigate complex scores while maintaining a focus on musical enjoyment. I truly enjoy seeing how these structured habits build confidence in my students over time.
