About Rayna
Across 13 years of teaching, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how to translate musical intuition into technical proficiency. My path began with a BFA in Popular Music from Berklee.
I specialize in guiding adults and teens through the nuances of POP AND CONTEMPORARY styles. My instruction integrates music theory with proper posture and hand position, ensuring a foundation that lasts. I have mentored hundreds of students, ranging from kids to advanced learners and working professionals.
I emphasize RHYTHM AND TIMING as the glue for all musical expression. My sessions include sight playing and sight reading to ensure full keyboard fluency. You will master memorization techniques designed to eliminate stage anxiety. I balance academic rigor with genuine enjoyment to keep my students engaged.
