About Zoey
My love for piano began through early music education and a fascination with melody and harmony during childhood. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Piano Performance and have spent the last 5 years helping students strengthen musical confidence through supportive teaching and structured learning methods.
I enjoy adapting lessons according to confidence level, musical interests, and individual learning style. Some students improve through technical repetition and focused exercises, while others respond better to expressive interpretation and creative exploration. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and balanced musical development.
Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging piano compositions, accompanying vocal performances, and exploring modern keyboard music. Staying connected to music helps me introduce fresh inspiration into lessons. Teaching piano is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students express creativity and confidence through music.

My piano lessons are designed to help students strengthen technical skills while building creativity and emotional connection through music. I teach rhythm training, note reading, finger coordination, scales, chord progressions, dynamics, and expressive phrasing through practical exercises that make learning smooth and enjoyable. Lessons are encouraging, interactive, and focused on steady musical development.
Beginners improve through simple melodies, rhythm activities, and coordination exercises that gradually strengthen keyboard confidence and control. Intermediate learners develop stronger timing accuracy, expressive interpretation, and accompaniment skills through guided repertoire and technical practice. Advanced students focus on artistic performance, advanced keyboard techniques, and polished musical delivery through detailed piano study sessions.
I encourage students to enjoy the learning process instead of becoming stressed by perfection or mistakes. Lessons support patience, creativity, and confidence while helping learners improve comfortably. My goal is to help students become expressive, relaxed, and confident piano players.
