About Jennifer
I am passionate about music and music education. I have completed a Bachelor of Music (Musicology) and a Bachelor of Arts at Adelaide University. I have been teaching piano for 6 years and have worked with students all across the ages, doing both group and individual lessons. I have taught from beginner to intermediate levels, working in studio, school, and online settings. I love teaching piano and I appreciate the opportunity to engage with students and help them develop their own appreciation of music. I have seen this occur a lot over the course of my career and I have found it very rewarding!

Piano lessons are offered to students from 4 years old and up.
Lessons are run from my studio in Black Forest and are usually 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes. The lessons are focused on the development of well-rounded musicians. Areas addressed include technique, performance, aural skills, sight reading, music theory, creativity and music history. Teaching is flexible and designed to meet the needs and interests of each individual student. In addition to piano lessons, I offer ensemble sessions for both beginner and advanced students interested in ensemble participation. Accompaniment sessions are also available for all instrumentalists from beginner level up to AMEB Grade 5.
