About Dulce
Ear training and proper hand position form the bedrock of my technique. These essential skills ensure students play with comfort and ease. My 13 years of teaching include preparing pupils for ABRSM and Trinity exams while exploring pop or classical repertoire.
Carrying a lineage from a Peabody trained pedagogue, I guide 37 students toward distinctions at Grade 8 levels and beyond. Returning to the bench after 13 years away feels daunting, but I am here to help you regain your musical confidence.

Feeling like you have lost the ability to read music is a hurdle I see often. Reclaiming those lost habits becomes simple through our collaborative work on custom sheet music arrangements for songs you actually select.
Czerny exercises provide the structure, while modern hits keep the momentum alive. Balancing rigorous exam prep with your favorite melodies ensures consistent progress during our time together. Developing this 8.0 level of mastery requires patience and a measured approach. Since I focus on the returner, we ignore the gaps and just play.
