About Jolie
My connection with piano began through childhood fascination with melody, harmony, and expressive musical storytelling. This passion encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music followed by a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance and Education. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with students from different musical backgrounds while helping them strengthen confidence and technical ability through supportive music instruction.
I believe music education should feel inspiring, structured, and emotionally rewarding for every learner regardless of experience level. My teaching style focuses on patient explanation, practical playing, and expressive interpretation that help students improve naturally while developing strong musical foundations. I encourage learners to ask questions openly and experiment creatively because confidence develops through active participation and consistent musical practice.
Outside teaching, I enjoy accompanying vocalists, composing piano pieces, and exploring classical and contemporary keyboard music. Staying creatively involved with music helps me bring fresh inspiration and artistic energy into lessons regularly. Teaching piano is deeply rewarding because I enjoy helping students discover confidence and individuality through music. My goal is always to support learners in becoming expressive, disciplined, and passionate musicians.

My piano lessons focus on helping students build strong musical foundations while enjoying the creative experience of learning music. I teach rhythm training, note reading, finger independence, scales, chord progressions, dynamics, and expressive interpretation in a calm and supportive environment where learners can improve steadily at their own pace. Students learn how technical control and emotional expression work together naturally through guided practice and musical exploration. Every lesson encourages patience, creativity, and consistent growth.
Lessons are carefully adjusted according to the learner’s experience level and personal goals. Beginners focus on hand coordination, simple melodies, rhythm exercises, and reading music comfortably, while advanced students work on improvisation, expressive phrasing, advanced repertoire, and performance preparation. I include listening activities, duet exercises, and guided repetition regularly because interactive learning strengthens confidence and understanding effectively. Students receive supportive guidance that helps them improve steadily without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged.
I aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves musically while building discipline and confidence naturally. Many learners begin with uncertainty about coordination or performance, so I focus on achievable progress and encouraging support. Over time, students improve concentration, musicality, and expressive ability naturally. Piano becomes far more meaningful when learners discover how music can communicate creativity, emotion, and personal identity beautifully.
