About Jake
I have 4 years of experience teaching piano and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. Throughout my teaching journey, I have guided students in improving technical control, musical awareness, and performance confidence. Helping learners discover their potential is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
My teaching style combines encouragement, organization, and flexibility. I believe students make the greatest progress when lessons are adapted to their learning needs while maintaining clear objectives. Every learner receives personalized support throughout their musical journey.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy studying piano repertoire, attending performances, and exploring music education strategies. These experiences continue to inspire my teaching and enrich my lessons. I am dedicated to helping students build lasting musical skills and confidence.

My piano lessons focus on helping students develop strong fundamentals while exploring the creative side of music. We work on note-reading skills, rhythmic accuracy, hand coordination, finger independence, scales, harmony, and expressive interpretation. Every lesson is designed to support steady growth through engaging and practical activities.
Students participate in sight-reading exercises, repertoire learning, technical drills, listening practice, and musical exploration tasks. I help learners connect theory and performance so they can become more confident and independent musicians. Lessons are personalized to suit individual interests and goals.
I enjoy helping students turn consistent effort into visible improvement. Through supportive instruction and constructive feedback, learners strengthen their abilities while gaining greater confidence at the keyboard. My goal is to make piano learning both effective and enjoyable.
