About Dan
Classically trained on piano before branching into the live music scene, covering a wide range of genres and styles.
Later became a music producer, working alongside charting international artists.
My broad understanding of music and performance techniques comes from having lived it myself, translating into a level of musical tuition that goes far beyond “typical piano lessons” and can greatly advance a student's musical potential.

I charge more than most teachers, but I can get you to your goals in half the time with a tailored teaching approach specific to your strengths, weaknesses, inspirations, & musical preferences.
The most important thing for me is finding a way for students to enjoy the work rather than tire of it. Everyone is different. This is the key to rapid learning and genuine musical expression.
Each lesson includes a follow up email with tuition notes for the week so you dont lose track of what we went over.
I keep track of your progress and adjust future lessons accordingly rather than stick to one teaching method for all.
