About Nikole
Graduating from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University with an MMus in Piano formed my foundation. I gave my first public recital at 11 after starting my studies at 8. My career has spanned 13 years of helping students across North America.
I specialize in REWIRING BAD HABITS for those struggling with posture and finger independence. I focus on ear training, pop, contemporary styles, and classical repertoire. Memorization, pedaling, and chord voicing are also central to my practice. Helping a student discover their own musical voice defines my work.

Your first 7.0 hour will identify every mechanical tension point immediately. We begin by assessing your fundamental approach to the instrument through careful observation of your physical movement.
I utilize 13 years of teaching to guide you through sight playing, dynamics, and expression. Weekly practice modules are assigned with every class to ensure consistent progress between our meetings. Expect a calm, structured, and thoughtful atmosphere where we build essential skills like scales and arpeggios systematically. You will find that clarity and precision drive our time together at the keyboard.
