I am a lifelong pianist with a passion for teaching. I have 20 years of experience in learning and development in the corporate sector. I take the time to get to know each of my students as an individual, so I can use the best approach possible to reach each student.

My instructional approach is informal and engaging. I customize lessons to the individual interests of each student. I use a variety of lesson book series, including those by Faber and John Thompson. My lessons focus on teaching the student to read music, as that opens up a whole new world where the student can pick up any music they want and play it for enjoyment. I teach all levels. My students are ages 6 up to adult. I am flexible and provide a supportive, nurturing, no-stress environment where the student can excel and achieve their piano goals.
