About Roxie
I am a California-based piano teacher. I spent eight years taking professional lessons as a child/teenager, and am currently working towards a degree in music. I have three years teaching experience, and I specialize in creating personalized lesson plans. I love meeting students where they are and fostering a love of piano as well as giving them a thorough education.

I follow a structured curriculum that hits all the important points of piano, from theory to technique to performance. However, I am flexible in my teaching methods and love to provide students with a personalized education. I am able to recognize and follow the way a student learns best and optimize their experience. Fostering a love of piano is equally as important to me as the quality of the lessons and material. I teach classically, but am able to adapt my teaching to different styles.
