About John
I am a musician/music tutor and have been giving music lessons for well over seven years at the P.E Metropolis. I have taught hundreds of students how to play piano, from absolute beginners to well established keyboard players. I am well acquainted with very many styles of playing from classical all the way to jazz keyboard styles. I have developed a unique personalized approach of teaching over the years that gets you playing in few lessons already.

Each student is unique and everyone learns differently. I've mastered the art of personalization. Although music is to a certain extent rigid (the theory part), the application of it is open to personal interpretation and this is where I encourage all my students to be creative and engaged. The lessons are wrapped around applying theory and technique to a certain style that is important to/ or that the student likes.
