About GABY
I have been a lover of high-performance sports since I was very little, in addition to dance, body expression, and the biomechanics of movement, and I have always liked being able to share knowledge and experience to positively impact people's quality of life. improve. I learned about Pilates and barre due to an injury and I loved the power of these disciplines. Which help maintain optimal postural hygiene. My vision is to be able to get closer to people who, due to work or time, find it difficult to have healthy physical activity outside their home, whether due to having tight schedules, working at home or some illness. IT WILL BE AN HONOR TO BE ABLE TO KNOW YOU AND TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMPANY YOU IN YOUR PROCESS OF CHANGE IN THE MOST LOVING AND OBJECTIVE WAY.
