About Olivia
I am a professional dancer with extensive experience in movement. I am certified in Pilates through Pilates Instructor Academy, where I have completed both Mat and Reformer certifications. I have spent 20 years discovering how the body moves and what we can do to prevent pain and move our bodies with strength and support. My goal is to provide a judgment-free environment in which you feel comfortable asking any questions and feel motivated.

My goal is to help you strengthen your body to keep it functioning the best that it can for as long as possible! I provide extensive cuing to help you understand the proper mechanics of each Pilates movement. I will work with you to achieve your own personal fitness goals as well as address whatever weaknesses that I can see myself.
