About Laura Lucie

Fascinated by the positive effects, especially on posture and body perception, it was clear to me after about 3 years of intensive Pilates training: I want to pass this experience on to others!
With the Pilates training according to the "keep in motion method"; I decided on a method adapted to the latest medical developments.

I've been doing Pilates for a total of 5 years and completed the 1.5-year Pilates training in January, which means I'm now a member of the German Pilates Association. I am a full-time Pilates teacher and have over 1000 hours of teaching experience in both group and individual classes.

About the lesson

With a harmonious, holistic and individually tailored training, I would like to create a piece of regeneration and deceleration for body and mind!

The one-to-one training is suitable for every level and is individually adapted to you. For this it is important in advance that you share your training goal with me and inform me about possible restrictions so that I can prepare the training in a targeted manner. I will send you a questionnaire in advance.

Training is exclusively on the mat. You only need a free space in your home - I will bring a mat and all the necessary tools such as additional equipment (possibly Pilates Circle, toning balls, ...) with me.
