About Diana
I have been training pilates for about 5 years. I like to help people achieve their goals, feeling good about themselves. At this moment when we passed due to the coronavirus I take classes live on my instagram (dianaxana7), free of charge. If you want individual lessons via skype where I can give you all the feedebacks, the lessons will cost 5 euros for each lesson. these classes can be individual or a maximum of 3 people, with a value of 7.50 per group. The pilates method is a specific method. We learn to control breathing with our body movements, a lot of posture, muscle strengthening, mobility. Pilates can really help any type of population: from the youngest, adults, seniors, pre- and postpartum, people with back and joint problems. Individualized training helps you to be more attentive to the client's posture and helps you to improve everything in general. Try it and you will not regret it.
