About Ranjan
Been on a whole food plant based diet for 23 years with only gentle practices and simple, yet profound exercises to get the body to work with me. Come from the lineage of Acharya K. Lakshmana Sarma, who had written the first books in India on Nature Cure over 150 years ago, and is known as the Father of Indian Nature Cure. Grew up in the suburbs of Washington DC for 10 years and lived for many years learning the secrets of the Great Sadhus of the Himalayas for many years.
