About Ajay
It's more than 10 years and I have never taught students how are A Grade.I don't find it challenging as a teacher.But I would also prefer to teach one of them to understand and learn from them.
More than 100 students some were able to get 1st, some 2nd since they were very weak.Most of the students started their class only 3 months before their exam.

I have worked as a Sr analyst in Tesco Bangalore. I give classes to the students who are weak in Math.First I start with meditation to calm their mind and reduce Math anxiety which most of the students go through.
Through concepts and encourage their ideas and let them find the answer.It's a challenge when your student basic is weak and you have to start all over again.It's more satisfying as a teacher when you are able to help them to learn.It's like help them learn ABCD and they come up with their sentence.
