About Diana
I have taught many kids both piano and guitar/ukulele. With kids a big focus point is just getting to know music and notes and rhythms so they have their own chance to choose what they want to play. It sets up general information about music that can later be universally used.

I have taught kids from 4-13 and a few adults. I have been playing piano since I was 7 and am in band playing clarinet and saxophone. From my music background I taught myself guitar and drums. I use piano adventures for beginners and smaller kids but in order to keep motivation and not make music feel like a chore, I work with my students to see what interests them and what they want to learn so they can’t wait go home and practice.
