We determine the needs of your body with the detailed posture analysis method I did in my first lesson, and we start our lessons with a completely result-oriented exercise program. We periodically reassess, observe the current development and continue our way by setting new goals. My goal; to bring my student to the highest physical point I can bring in line with potentials and to support a healthy, fit life.
