About Bree

I am an Australian based pole dance instructor with over 10 years of pole dancing experience. I have competed in Pole competitions such as Podium Goddess, Pole Theatre Sydney, Hardcore up & Coming & Exotic Generation Australia. I am constantly seeking to build on my own skills so I can ensure I am bringing the best experience for my students. I enjoy weight training, and I have a real passion for the dance/choreo side of pole dancing, I love to teach dance moves and dance sequences to my students. I like to bring my positive attitude, quirky cues and friendly personality to every class.

About the lesson

You do not need to be strong to start, you just need to start. All ages, genders and fitness levels welcome.
We will build up your strength, stamina and confidence each lesson.
We will work on foundational tricks and build on these with progressive moves and transitions suitable to your level.
You will learn combos and correct form and muscle engagement.

I am a strong believer in correct technique. I like to teach my students how to use strength over momentum (unless the trick requires momentum) in order to build strength, good habits and reduce risk of injury.
I teach beginners through to advanced, choreo with and without a pole and I also teach stretch/flex.

Lessons will be taught online, from my home pole set-up.

Im uncoordinated and a little on the heavier side and never thought I could do half the stuff Bree has taught me to do. My poling has improved so much since I started training with Bree and I cant recommend her enough!
