My way of teaching tries to adapt to each student and both their abilities and their limitations. For this, the best thing is a gradual system, in which the student feels safe to fill in any questions that he could not do in class, etc ... and also provide him with an outline of the study plan so that he feels safe when having a plan solid and backed.
