About Bradley

Bradley Sharpe is a London-based fashion designer and studio leader specialising in luxury RTW and couture. A 2020 graduate of Central Saint Martins BA Womenswear, he is currently Creative Lead at Dilara Findikoglu and the Founder of his own label, showcased at London Fashion Week and worn by clients including Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, and Raye. His work has been featured widely in the global press, with coverage in leading international publications. From 2021 to 2023, Bradley taught as a Visiting Lecturer on the Foundation Diploma at Central Saint Martins, where he guided students through workshops, tutorials, and portfolio development, with many going on to secure places at top fashion programmes. Known for his supportive and structured teaching style, he creates a learning environment that encourages creativity while instilling the technical skills and professional insight needed for success. As the first in his family to enter the creative industry and attend university, Bradley brings a unique understanding of the challenges faced by aspiring designers. This experience has shaped his teaching philosophy: to make fashion education accessible, to champion individuality, and to equip students with the confidence, resilience, and practical tools to thrive in both academia and industry.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is highly tailored to each student, with a focus on building both technical skill and creative confidence. I combine practical exercises such as portfolio development, sketching, and garment construction techniques with critical discussions around research, concept development, and presentation. I believe in a balance of guidance and independence: giving students the tools and knowledge they need while encouraging them to develop their own voice as designers. A typical lesson lasts between 60–90 minutes, though I can adapt to individual needs and schedules. Sessions often include feedback on ongoing projects, targeted skills workshops (such as draping, sketchbook development, or digital portfolio design), and structured guidance on how to meet academic or industry standards. I hold a BA (Hons) in Womenswear from Central Saint Martins (2020) and have extensive professional experience as Creative Lead at Dilara Findikoglu and Founder of my own label, which has been presented at London Fashion Week and worn by artists including Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, and Raye. I also taught as a Visiting Lecturer at Central Saint Martins (2021–2023), delivering workshops and tutorials that nurtured both creativity and critical thinking. My lessons are suitable for students preparing portfolios for university applications, foundation or BA-level courses, as well as graduates and early-career designers seeking guidance on entering the fashion industry or refining their professional portfolios.
