About Jinette
Hi, I’m Jinette! I’m a portrait photographer with over 15 years of photography experience and the owner of Jinette Ramos Photography. What started as a love for capturing people and everyday moments has grown into a passion for creating portraits that make people feel seen, confident, and beautiful.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience with portrait photography, natural and studio lighting, posing, creative direction, and working with real clients. I also understand what it’s like to take something you love creatively and begin building a business around it.
I’m a hands-on learner myself, so that’s also how I love to teach. I want photography to feel exciting and approachable not overwhelming or filled with technical terms you don’t understand. Whether you just bought your first camera or you’re ready to grow creatively, I’d love to help you become more confident behind the lens and discover the photographer you want to be.

My photography lessons are designed to help you feel more confident behind the camera while developing your own creative style. Whether you're brand new to photography or already shooting but want to strengthen your skills, I'll meet you where you are.
We can go over camera settings and shooting in manual mode, lighting, composition, posing, portrait photography, and creative direction. I believe photography is best learned by actually doing it, so my lessons are practical, hands on, and tailored to what you want to improve.
My goal isn't just to teach you how to take a technically good photo but rather to help you understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to confidently create images that feel like you.
