Belting technique and proper diction are actually less important than the way you breathe while you are stressed. I spent years performing across Boston while honing my pedagogical approach to vocal health and resonance.

My Berklee BM provides the technical framework for how I explain tone and articulation to singers. Having spent 13 years in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of stage fear management and vocal care. I work with advanced learners and self-taught players to bridge the gap between amateur habits and professional delivery.

My sessions prioritize breathing control and warm-up exercises that protect your voice while expanding your range. I draw on my own performance journey to help you navigate exam preparation and build real stage confidence. About the lesson

Sometimes I admit that my favorite lessons are the ones where we spend the most time on silence and rest. I pace our sessions to ensure your vocal cords stay healthy, as 13 years of teaching has shown me that burnout is the biggest hurdle for teens. Since earning my BM from Berklee, I have focused on making complex concepts like resonance feel intuitive for every student. You will find that we treat singing as an extension of speaking, which removes the pressure of sounding perfect right away.

I provide clear, constructive feedback on your articulation and breathing to ensure your growth is consistent. My approach is to keep things relaxed because I know that tension is the enemy of a great performance. Let us get started on building a voice that you are proud to share with the world.
