About Yasser
Hello! My name is Yasser and I am an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching experience in Computer Science, ICT, and digital skills.
I have been teaching since the year 2000 and have worked with students from primary to secondary levels, helping them build strong foundations and confidence in technology.
I am passionate about making learning simple, practical, and engaging. I believe students learn best when complex ideas are explained in an easy and relatable way, using real-life examples and hands-on activities.
My lessons focus not only on academic success but also on problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world skills such as coding, digital safety, and responsible use of technology.
I enjoy teaching because I love seeing students grow in confidence and curiosity. Technology is shaping the future, and my goal is to help students understand it, use it wisely, and feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. I aim to create a supportive and friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.

I use Kagan Cooperative model to teach and also use differentiation in my class. I give worksheets along with assign on-screen homework and projects. Lessons can be from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes at least thrice a week. From Year 7 to Year 12. I am a postgrad in Computer Science.
