I make the subject interesting and lay stress on understanding of fundamentals,rather than rote learning.I believe in imparting student centred education and modify my teaching style according to the needs of the child. I always explain the concepts by giving examples from real life situations, which makes learning fun for students.
i maintain friendly relations with my students so that they don't hesitate to clear their doubts and at the same time i don't compromise on discipline. So there is a balance of both in my class room.
