As a teacher l give first preference to the student.
By speaking to the student l will come to know his strengths and in which part of the subject he is lacking behind. Then l will design the the class stucture accordingly in a away to make the student understand the subject better. Also l give preference to clarify the doubts at the end of each class and assign the student some work in order to make the student better. As a teacher, l understand, patience and teaching with dedication play a key role in teaching.
