About Lily
I started tutoring peers one-on-one whilst doing my own GCSEs. I spent time editing peers’ essays and teaching them difficult content. I helped with revision techniques and essay structure which helped students get above their predicted grades both at GCSE and A Level. I studied the Edexcel iGCSE History course and then went on to study the OCR History course and Pearson Edexcel Government and Politics course. I specialised in USA civil rights, US History 1920-1940 (around the Great Depression), Nazi Germany, Warfare from 1792 to 1945, Apartheid and Southern African colonialism, British Politics from 1930 to present day and recent US politics. However, I’m very flexible on format and content that you wish to revise if it is a core module of a well-known UK exam board.
