About Laura
I began taking heated power flow (vinyasa) classes in February 2018, and in July 2018 I went through yoga teacher training. I began teaching weekly in September 2018, guiding students on proper alignment and growth on and off the mat.

I teach a class with lots of movement set to a musical playlist. I focus on gaze, breath-work, balance, flexibility, strength, and alignment in my classes with sequences built to maximize the goal or intention of the class. My classes range from level 0 (beginner) to level 3 and can always be modified to one's own abilities.
