This technique helps you hear your own progress over time as you work through grammar, everyday phrases, or travel vocabulary.

My 13 years gigging in the chanson circuit taught me that language is about rhythm and connection. I bring this background into every session to ensure you get the hang of intonation and accent naturally.

We practice role play and dialogue until the sounds feel like part of your own voice. My teaching style is laid-back and avoids the typical stuffy atmosphere of traditional language schooling. About the lesson

Spending 13 years on the chanson circuit shaped my view of language as a living, breathing tool. I am a native speaker from Montreal who learned through the grit of the road rather than a classroom. This self-taught path means I understand the hurdles of picking up a new dialect from scratch.

My 7 years of experience teaching others comes from a place of respect for the nuance of Québécois and French culture. I hold no formal degree in linguistics, but I have gigged long enough to know how to connect with an audience.

My approach focuses on making you feel comfortable while you speak. You will find that I keep things simple and honest throughout our time together. I prioritize clarity over academic clutter to get you moving forward.
