About Beccalynn
Hi, I’m BeccaLynn, a Certified Life Coach (CLCI), lifelong educator, and current master’s student. I bring more than 35 years of experience in education, coaching, and individualized support.
I specialize in practical life coaching for adults with ADHD and executive function challenges. If you have plenty of ideas, know what you should be doing, but struggle to decide where to start, organize competing priorities, or turn plans into action, this is the kind of work I do.
My approach is collaborative and concrete. Together, we identify where you’re getting stuck, sort through what actually needs your attention, break larger goals into manageable steps, and develop strategies that work with the way you think and function. Sessions may focus on organization, prioritizing, follow-through, routines, decision-making, accountability, or navigating a period when your usual systems have stopped working.
I don’t believe there is one “right” system for productivity or personal development. The goal is to find tools and structures you can use independently, not to make you dependent on coaching.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a perfectly defined goal to begin. If you’re feeling scattered, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of knowing what you want to do without being able to get traction, we can start there.

Coaching sessions are practical, collaborative, and built around what you need to move forward.
You might come with too many competing priorities, a project you can’t seem to start, routines that have stopped working, or a long list of things you know you need to do but can’t quite turn into action. We start with what’s happening now, sort through the noise, and identify a manageable next step.
For adults with ADHD or executive function challenges, sessions can include support with organization, prioritizing, task initiation, follow-through, decision-making, routines, and accountability. We can also work through periods of transition when familiar systems no longer fit, and you need to build something new.
There is no one-size-fits-all productivity system here. We look at what is working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Strategies are adapted to how you think, your circumstances, and the demands of your real life.
Coaching is not therapy or crisis support. It is a practical space for turning insight and intention into day-to-day action, with the goal of building tools you can use more and more on your own.

I have had the pleasure of working with Beccalynn for over two years now. She is an extremely talented patient teacher who works incredibly hard to provide the highest quality on-line lessons for everyone of her pupils. Fun and laughter are at the very heart of her lessons. This is the key to effective learning . I would highly recommend her as a teacher.
Michaela Gordon BA(Hons) PGCE NPQHRebecca is an excellent and trustworthy teacher because she has a genuine love for and dedication to her students and their education. I’ve taught philosophy for over twenty years. If I had a child who needed the kind of teaching and tutoring she offers, I would not hesitate to hire her.
Beccalynn is one of the most caring and compassionate people I know. Having known her for decades, I have seen her deep love of learning and education grow and she loves to spread that to others. She will find out the best was to fit a subject to the student's learning style so that they can and will enjoy learning.
Rebecca and I have worked on several dance theater productions including our annual Nutcracker with a cast of over 200 children and teens. Rebecca is a talented props maker and theater hand, but when you are working with children & teens in theater it takes a little something extra beyond being creative, crafty, and quick on your feet. It means pep talks in the wings, teachable moments with curious kids interested in a different aspect of the production they are working on, tutoring when kids have homework to complete during the run of a show, remembering that everyone needs snacks and hydration to be at their best, passing your skills on to other people that need to understudy what you are doing in case you are unavailable for the next showing or production, and generally being a team player that is up for almost anything. She has all of these skills and more. Her background in child development and education make her poised to do this well and she’s really great at working with and teaching kids especially.
