About Lindsay
I want to teach because, after many years working in marketing and managing and developing marketing teams, I’ve realised that one of the parts of my job I enjoy most is helping other people grow in confidence and develop their skills.
Marketing can sometimes feel overwhelming when you’re starting out, particularly when there’s a big difference between what you learn in theory and how marketing actually works day to day within a business. I enjoy making things feel simpler, sharing what I’ve learned through real experience and helping people understand not just what to do, but why they’re doing it.
I’d love to use the experience I’ve built throughout my career to support the next generation of marketers, whether they’re just starting out, studying, completing an apprenticeship or looking to take the next step in their career.

I’m a senior marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience across digital marketing, CRM, email, paid media, campaign planning, websites, agencies and marketing strategy. I currently lead marketing activity and manage and develop a team of marketers, so I understand both the practical side of doing the job and what employers are looking for.

My approach
My sessions are friendly, relaxed and completely tailored to you.
I’m not here to give you another textbook lesson. I’ll help you understand how marketing actually works in a business, using practical examples from my own career.
You can also bring something specific you’re struggling with — perhaps a campaign brief, marketing plan, interview, presentation or an area of digital marketing you don’t fully understand — and we’ll work through it together.
Your first session
We’ll start by talking about where you are now, what you’d like to achieve and where you feel you need support. From there, we’ll create a plan for your sessions.
You don’t need to have any particular level of experience. Whether you’re taking your first steps into marketing or you’re already a Marketing Executive looking to progress, I’ll meet you at your level.
Online sessions: £40 per hour
