About Natalie
I am an experienced violin teacher with 12 years of tutoring experience teaching school students, college students, and working professionals. Music education has always been my passion, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with learners of all ages.
My teaching philosophy is centred on flexibility and student-focused learning. I recognise that every student has unique strengths and goals, so I customise lessons to ensure that learning remains effective and enjoyable.
Over the years, I have successfully helped many students improve their playing techniques and develop confidence in their abilities. One of my greatest achievements has been seeing students transform from complete beginners into dedicated and passionate musicians.
I believe that learning music should be enjoyable and inspiring. My goal is to help students build skills that will benefit them throughout their musical journey.

My teaching style is built on understanding, patience, and encouragement. I believe that a supportive environment allows students to grow both musically and personally. I work closely with students to ensure lessons are engaging and suited to their needs.
For violin students, I focus on strong fundamentals, including posture, rhythm, finger placement, bowing techniques, and music reading. I teach progressively and ensure students feel confident before moving on to more advanced topics.
I provide constructive feedback and encourage students to develop effective practice habits. I believe that consistency and a positive attitude are important for long-term success.
Apart from violin, I teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and rhythm studies. These subjects help students gain a broader understanding of music.
My goal is to inspire students to become confident and passionate musicians.
