I have been practicing meditation for years though have studied more in-depth the science and applied tools this past year. From Silva method, Joe Dispenza, Vipassana, and positive affirmations.I have meditated for daily life, before stressful situations, reflecting, and work situations. I would like to share some of this knowledge and help you develop your meditation practice for your needs.
