About Sreshta
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with more than eight years of professional experience.
My work involves financial reporting, statutory audit, taxation, corporate law, compliance, management reporting, internal controls and CFO-level advisory. This practical exposure allows me to explain not only what a provision says, but also how it is applied by businesses in real situations.
I have experience teaching GST and finance-related subjects to students and professionals, including CA article students. I enjoy simplifying difficult concepts and helping students develop the confidence to approach questions logically.
My objective as a teacher is not simply to help students memorize content. I want them to understand the subject, remember it through practical examples and present their answers effectively in examinations.

My classes go beyond reading provisions and explaining textbook content. As a practising Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, I connect every concept with practical situations encountered in companies, audits, taxation, finance and regulatory compliance.
My teaching approach focuses on:
• Explaining the logic and purpose behind every concept
• Converting complex provisions into simple, understandable language
• Using practical business examples to improve retention
• Teaching students how to interpret and answer questions independently
• Practising examination questions and improving answer presentation
• Conducting regular revision, short tests and individual doubt-clearing sessions
• Identifying each student’s weaker areas and providing focused guidance
Students are encouraged to ask questions freely. I do not proceed merely to complete the syllabus—I ensure that the student understands the foundation before moving to the next topic.
Classes can be conducted in English and, wherever helpful, concepts can also be explained in Telugu or Hindi.
These classes are suitable for students who want conceptual clarity, practical understanding and structured examination preparation rather than rote learning.
