About Ahsan

I am Ahsan Nadeem, a licensed Advocate of the High Courts with over five years of active legal practice. I hold a BA-LLB Honors from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, one of Pakistan's most competitive law programs, and I have spent my career working at the intersection of corporate transactions, commercial disputes, and legal advisory.

In practice I have advised on mergers and acquisitions, led due diligence exercises for institutional clients, drafted and negotiated complex commercial agreements, and represented clients in litigation before the Courts. My areas of expertise span corporate and commercial law, labor and employment law, property law, and contract law, but my experience with the law extends well beyond any single category. I also have a teaching experience of over 8 years in this field.

About the lesson

My sessions are designed for LLB and law school students who want to understand law the way it is actually practiced, not just memorized for an exam.

Each one-on-one online session combines three things: a clear explanation of the legal principles and authorities, real cases drawn from active legal practice, and problem-based exercises that put you in the position of the lawyer who has to apply the law to a set of facts. That combination is deliberate, concepts stick when you understand not just what the law says but why it says it and what happens when it is tested in the real world.

I have spent five years advising clients, drafting commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and appearing before the Court. When I explain a doctrine or walk through an authority, I am drawing on experience of seeing those principles applied, and sometimes fail, in live matters. That context is something a textbook cannot give you.

Sessions are structured around your needs. Whether you are working through a difficult topic, preparing for an exam, strengthening your legal reasoning, or developing your drafting and analytical skills, each session is built around where you are and where you need to get to.
