The entire process involves: Complementary Discovery Call about the process Assessment (Personalized call to understand the temperament, tendencies, body type, metabolism, diet and schedule, Meal Photos and Quantities) Followed By Personalized Monthly Diet plans with suggestions for exercise (specially curated gym and workout guideline), immunity guidelines, sleep enhancement techniques, meditation techniques.
