About Jennie
I've been blessed to get to work with many established fine artists and skilled craftspeople my entire life. From woodworking with my dad, to metalsmithing with my grandfather. I won many scholastic awards for the arts in grade school, studied contemporary painting at Cranbrook, and then acquired an associate's in graphic design before I began my solo art career which has led me to working all over the country. I've taught children's snowboarding lessons for 15 years and currently am leading a homeschooling group in art and nature crafting lessons, based around my 4-year-old daughter's peer group.

In nature, things grow best on their own time. I appreciate building personalized lessons based off of the students' abilities and interests. Who wants to learn something if they can't enjoy themselves while they're at it?
I believe that building someone's confidence, and self-awareness is just as important as teaching technique and composition.
