For most of my life I have pursued the practice of yoga. I have clearly experienced physical health benefits of more grace and relaxed breathing, and improved emotional positivity in challenging times. Thankfully I have an effective yoga and meditation routine.

My practice includes asanas (postures with a goal of improved circulation and flexibility for the whole body), pranayama (to maximize potential lung functionality), meditation to help self awareness and gain access to a more calm emotional state. My meditation routine includes an affirmation component, to help have an impact on subconscious beliefs and patterns. A sense of connection with each other (and all things) is among the primary purposes of my practice.
