About Kaedence
Hi! I’m Kaedence, a senior in college studying health science and aspiring to become a Physician Assistant. I have a strong passion for helping others and a love for writing, which I combine in my tutoring to support students in improving their writing skills. I’ve worked with kids in camps and other learning environments, helping them build confidence in reading and writing. In my lessons, I focus on clear communication: avoiding run-on sentences, using proper punctuation, and expressing ideas concisely. Whether you’re working on school essays, personal statements, or grammar skills, I’ll help you strengthen your writing and understand the reasons behind each change. I’m patient and approachable, and I’m dedicated to helping students grow as writers. Together, we’ll make writing easier.

As someone who loves writing and helping others feel confident in their own. In my lessons, the first thing I teach is how to avoid run-on sentences, express yourself clearly in fewer words, and use proper punctuation. Writing doesn’t have to be confusing — I break it down in a way that actually clicks.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of what you're working on and what you're struggling with. From there, we’ll go step by step — whether that means rewriting awkward sentences, brainstorming stronger ideas, or making your grammar cleaner. I don’t just edit for you; I teach you what to look for so you get better every time.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy writing, and I’m good at explaining it without sounding like a textbook. I’ve always been complimented on how natural my writing sounds, and I want to help you find that same voice.
These lessons are for middle school, high school, and college students — especially if you’re writing essays, personal statements, or just want help making your writing stronger and more clear.
