About Sabrina
Hi everyone! My name is Sabrina and I am a pre-medical student double majoring in biochemistry and psychology. I have been working in the tutoring industry for over three years now (over 1000 hours of tutoring experience) and am committed to the academic growth of my students! I primarily tutor for the SAT, math up to calculus 1, and chemistry (including general chemistry and organic chemistry). I have worked with students of all ages, ranging from 3-year-old Pre-K students to 21-year-old college students. I have tutored a number of students both remotely and in-person and am confident in my ability to help students thrive in any type of learning environment.

My teaching style is simple and easy to grasp. I pay close attention to identifying where my students need help and walk them through them with a meticulous, relatable, and engaging teaching style. I encourage students to reach the final answer by themselves through encouragement and purposeful guidance, but also recognize when it is a good time for me to step in. I have multiple techniques and approaches to answering questions and am willing to try various methods to suit your needs. I will start with the basics and from where you are solid in your understanding while also addressing your immediate learning needs.
