About Destiny
Hi, I’m Destiny, a premed university student with a strong academic background in anatomy, earning an A in lab and a B in lecture. I’m currently continuing into my next anatomy course, so I stay actively engaged with the material and understand exactly what students are expected to know.
I take my role as a tutor seriously and aim to create a supportive, professional, and reliable learning environment. I come prepared to each session, communicate clearly, and focus on helping students build both understanding and confidence in the subject. My goal is not just to help you get through assignments, but to make sure you truly grasp the material and feel more capable in class.
As someone who has successfully navigated these courses myself, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them. I’m patient, organized, and committed to helping each student improve at their own pace while still achieving strong academic results.

My teaching approach is very interactive and structured but not overwhelming. I break down complex anatomy and biology concepts into simple, visual explanations and patterns instead of just memorization. I focus on helping you understand the material so you can recall it under pressure, not just recognize it. I also use repetition, active recall, and quick check-ins to keep you engaged the entire time.
A typical lesson with me isn’t just me talking at you. We usually start by identifying what you’re struggling with, then I explain it step-by-step in a clear way. After that, we practice together using diagrams, quiz-style questions, or real examples (especially helpful for anatomy). I’ll keep circling back to key ideas so they actually stick, and we’ll end with a quick review so you leave feeling confident.
What sets me apart is that I get it. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lose focus, or not understand how professors explain things. I teach in a way that’s realistic for students who don’t have perfect attention spans, and I make sure sessions feel productive but not stressful.
My lessons are ideal for high school and early college students taking anatomy, biology, or pre-health courses, especially those who want better grades, more confidence, and study methods that actually work.
